Um dos homenageados foi o Major Balbino.<br>A medalha tem car\u00e1ter comemorativo e, \u00e9 destinada a homenagear aqueles que se destacarem em suas atividades em favor da causa p\u00fablica.<br>Ainda, os Oficiais do Comando Regional receberam um diploma confirmat\u00f3rio que garante as prerrogativas, direitos e deveres do Oficial, a Carta Patente. Os militares da 5\u00aa CIPM, Major Balbino, 1\u00ba Tenente Pedro Henrique da Cruz Hahn e 2\u00ba Tenente Elvio Louveira Valad\u00e3o, receberam esta honraria nesta tarde.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(Fonte
