Os pais perceberam a intensa fuma\u00e7a que vinha de um terreno vizinho e correram para o quarto do beb\u00ea, o filho j\u00e1 estava asfixiado,\u00a0 \u00a0o SAMU foi acionado e encaminhou o pequeno \u00e0 NOROSPAR em estado grave.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">A Pol\u00edcia Ambiental foi acionada pelo hospital na manh\u00e3 de domingo (17) e ap\u00f3s a confirma\u00e7\u00e3o do fato e as informa\u00e7\u00f5es repassadas pela m\u00e3e do beb\u00ea os policiais deslocaram at\u00e9 a resid\u00eancia informada, ao lado da casa da v\u00edtima, e encontraram vest\u00edgios da queima de pl\u00e1stico e outros materiais que provavelmente causaram a emiss\u00e3o da fuma\u00e7a t\u00f3xica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">De acordo com a fam\u00edlia do beb\u00ea essa n\u00e3o foi a primeira vez que o vizinho queima lixo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">O respons\u00e1vel pela queima dos res\u00edduos, um homem de 36 anos, foi identificado e j\u00e1 \u00e9 reincidente em infra\u00e7\u00e3o da mesma natureza e dever\u00e1 responder pelo crime de causar polui\u00e7\u00e3o, previsto na Lei de Federal de Crimes Ambientais, al\u00e9m de receber autua\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa lavrada pelo IAP.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">Fonte: Umuarama News<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Um beb\u00ea de sete meses foi intoxicado por fuma\u00e7a no Jardim S\u00e3o Crist\u00f3v\u00e3o em Umuarama na noite de s\u00e1bado (16).
